Frequently Asked Questions
What size case do I need for a mirrorless camera kit?
For a typical mirrorless kit (Sony A7 IV, 24-70mm f/2.8, 70-200mm f/2.8, 3 extra lenses, flash, batteries), a 430x330x180mm case is ideal. Add space for a laptop or DJI drone, upgrade to 530x400x250mm. We have foam layouts for all major camera brands.
Can your cases fit cinema cameras like RED Komodo or ARRI Alexa Mini?
Yes. Cinema camera cases are larger (730x530x350mm or 830x580x400mm). Foam secures the camera body, matte box, follow focus, wireless video transmitter, batteries, and storage media. We have layouts for RED Komodo/V-Raptor, ARRI Alexa Mini/Amira, Sony Venice/FX9, Canon C70/C300, Blackmagic URSA.
Do you have cases for outdoor and adventure photography?
Yes. Our IP67-rated outdoor cases protect against rain, snow, sand, and dust. They feature anti-corrosion hardware, replaceable gaskets, and automatic pressure equalization valves (so they can be opened at altitude). Sizes from 350x250x100mm (point-and-shoot) to 530x400x250mm (DSLR with telephoto lens).
Can I get a case with custom foam for my specific gear?
Yes. Send us your gear list (or trace your items on paper) and we create a custom foam layout in 3-5 days. Standard sample cost: $50-150 per foam. Production MOQ: 50 cases. For individual photographers, we offer 1-piece custom foam orders with 7-day lead time.
Do you make cases for drone photography and aerial cinematography?
Yes. We have cases for DJI Mavic, Mini, Air, Phantom, Inspire, Matrice, and Autel EVO. Foam secures airframe, controller, batteries, props, ND filters, charging hub, and tablet. For cinema drones (DJI Inspire 3, Freefly Alta X), we use 730x530x400mm cases with custom foam for X9 gimbal and TB51 batteries.
What about cases for lighting and grip equipment?
Yes. We custom-foam cases for Aputure lights (300x, 600x, 1200x), Godox AD series, Nanlite Forza, and Profoto strobes. Foam secures light head, reflector, barn doors, softbox, light stand, and cabling. Rolling cases (830x580x400mm) hold 4-6 light heads with built-in cable management.
Are your cases suitable for travel and airline check-in?
Yes. Our cases fall within IATA checked baggage limits (linear dimensions under 158cm) and meet most airline cabin size requirements. We add TSA locks and reinforced corners for rough baggage handling. For international travel, we add customs-friendly feature: removable foam panels for quick inspection.
Do you have cases for audio recording and podcasting?
Yes. We make cases for podcast kits (RodeCaster Pro, Shure SM7B, Sony MDR-7506, cables), field recording (Zoom F6, Sound Devices MixPre, Sennheiser MKH 416), and music gear. Foam is anti-static to protect sensitive mic capsules. Sizes from 350x250x150mm to 530x400x250mm.
What is the warranty on photography cases?
5-year warranty on case shell, 2-year on hardware, 1-year on foam. Lifetime technical support. We replace any case that fails under normal photography use within 30 days. Many of our cases are in service after 7+ years of international travel and field assignments.
Do you have cases for underwater photography and diving?
Yes. Our IP68 cases (rated for 5m continuous submersion) protect underwater camera housings, dive lights, and wet lenses. We have layouts for Olympus TG, Nikon AW, GoPro Hero, SeaLife, and Paralenz cameras. Foam secures housing, ports, arms, and strobes.
Can I add a custom logo or branding to my case?
Yes. We offer laser engraving, screen printing, and 3D embossing for names, logos, and contact info. Popular for working photographers who need to identify their cases on commercial sets. MOQ for branding: 1 piece for engraving, 50 pieces for screen printing.
Do you offer lifetime technical support?
Yes. Our engineering team provides lifetime technical support via email, WhatsApp, and video call. We can help you plan a custom foam layout, recommend a case size for a new camera, or troubleshoot a damaged case. Most queries answered within 4 hours (business days).
