Do you have cases for LiDAR and laser scanning equipment?
Yes. We custom-foam cases for terrestrial laser scanners (Leica RTC360, Trimble TX8, Faro Focus, Riegl VZ-400i), mobile mapping systems, and UAV-mounted LiDAR (DJI L1/L2, YellowScan, Phoenix Ranger). Foam secures scanner head, tripod, control unit, batteries, and tablets.
What about cases for GNSS/GPS base and rover equipment?
Yes. We have layouts for Trimble R12i, Leica GS18 I, Topcon GR-5, Sokkia GRX3, and CHCnav i93 receivers. Foam secures the receiver, controller (TSC7, Ranger 7, FC-6000), batteries, cables, and radio/antenna. Cases are shock-mounted to protect tribrachs and optical components.
Do you make cases for total stations and theodolites?
Yes. We custom-foam cases for mechanical and robotic total stations (Leica TS60, Topcon GT-1200, Trimble S9, Geodimeter). Foam includes compartments for the instrument, tribrach, plumb bob, sunshade, batteries, and charger. Available with trolley wheels for surveying trucks.
Can cases hold drones for aerial surveying?
Yes. We have cases for surveying drones (DJI Phantom 4 RTK, Matrice 300/350 RTK, senseFly eBee X, Delair UX11, WingtraOne). Foam secures airframe, payload (RGB camera, multispectral, LiDAR), ground station, batteries, and props. Cases are IP-rated for field deployment.
What about cases for ground-penetrating radar (GPR)?
Yes. We custom-foam cases for GSSI UtilityScan, Leica DS200, Sensors & Software Noggin, and IDS GeoRadar. Foam secures the GPR unit, control tablet, batteries, odometer wheel, and cabling. Cases can integrate cable reels and antennas for transit.
Do you have cases for hydrographic and bathymetric equipment?
Yes. We custom-foam cases for multibeam sonar (Kongsberg, R2Sonic, Norbit), single-beam echosounders, side-scan sonar, and ADCPs. Foam includes space for transducers, cables, junction boxes, and topside units. Cases are IP68-rated for marine deployments.
What is the warranty for surveying cases?
5-year shell warranty, 2-year hardware warranty, 1-year foam warranty. Lifetime technical support. We replace any case damaged in field use within 30 days. Surveying professionals rely on our cases daily - reliability is our top priority.
Do you have cases for GIS data collection and mobile mapping?
Yes. We make cases for mobile mapping systems (Leica Pegasus, Trimble MX9, Riegl VMX-2HA, Topcon IP-S3), backpack mapping systems, and handheld GIS (Trimble TDC600, Juniper Mesa). Foam secures sensors, computers, batteries, and antenna mounts.
Can cases integrate with vehicle mounting for mobile surveying?
Yes. We provide vehicle roof rack mounting systems (compatible with Thule, Yakima, Rhino-Rack), interior cargo mounting, and magnetic mounts for roof. Cases can be designed with built-in vibration isolators for sensor stability during mobile data collection.
Do you make cases for unmanned surface vessels (USV) and survey boats?
Yes. We custom-foam cases for USV payloads, hydrographic survey boat equipment, and remotely operated survey instruments. Foam includes space for radio modems, RTK GNSS, power systems, and data loggers. We work closely with marine survey companies to design USV-ready cases.
What about cases for soil and geotechnical testing equipment?
Yes. We custom-foam cases for soil sampling kits, cone penetrometers (CPT), vane shear testers, and dynamic penetrometers. Foam secures the equipment, sample containers, and field laptop. For dynamic cone penetrometers, we add reinforced corners and steel-core handles.
