What tools can the foam hold?
Standard foam layouts for 100+ tool sets: Snap-on, Matco, MAC Tools, Stanley, Bahco, Knipex, Wera, Wiha, Klein Tools, Fluke, and more. Custom foam for any tool set with 3-5 day lead time.
How are the tools laid out in the foam?
We use a 'shadow foam' approach: tools placed on top of foam, traced with a marker, then CNC-cut for exact fit. Tools are held securely in cutouts and easily identified if missing. Standard turnaround: 3-5 days for design, 5-7 days for production.
Is the foam ESD-safe?
Yes. Anti-static coating (10^6 to 10^9 ohms) prevents ESD damage to electronic tools and components. We also offer fully conductive foam (10^3 to 10^5 ohms) for sensitive electronics work.
What case sizes are available?
Compact 380x280x150mm, Small 430x330x180mm, Medium 530x400x250mm, Large 630x480x300mm, X-Large 730x530x350mm, XX-Large 830x580x400mm, Trolley 530x400x250mm (with wheels), Trolley X-Large 730x530x350mm (with wheels). Custom sizes for OEM/ODM.
Can the foam be redesigned for new tools?
Yes. We offer foam re-cut services. Send us the new tool list, and we re-cut the foam to fit. Standard cost: 30-50% of original foam cost. Lead time: 5-7 days. For OEM clients with subscription plans, free re-cuts included.
Do you have foam for power tools?
Yes. We have foam layouts for DeWalt, Milwaukee, Makita, Bosch, Hilti, Festool, and Ridgid power tools. Foam secures the tool, batteries, charger, and accessories (drill bits, blades, etc.). Foam includes dedicated charger and battery slots.
What about foam for measuring tools?
Yes. We have layouts for calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, height gauges, gauge blocks, and surface plates. Foam holds tools in calibrated positions to prevent measurement drift. We can integrate calibration certificate slots.
Are the cases used by racing teams and pit crews?
Yes. Our tool boxes are deployed at F1, NASCAR, IndyCar, WEC, and Le Mans teams. Foam secures specialized tools for each race event. Color-coded foam (red for primary, blue for secondary) for fast tool identification during pit stops.
Do you have cases for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical tools?
Yes. We have layouts for HVAC tools (Ridgid SeeSnake, Fieldpiece, Testo), plumbing tools (Ridgid, Milwaukee), and electrical tools (Klein, Fluke, Greenlee). Foam secures specialty tools like pipe cutters, benders, multimeters, and circuit tracers.
Can the case include wheels and a trolley handle?
Yes. Our Trolley sizes (530x400x250mm and 730x530x350mm) include inline-skate wheels and a telescoping trolley handle. Wheels are rated for 50kg static load each (200kg total). Brakes on rear wheels for stability.
Is the foam removable for cleaning?
Yes. Top foam layer is removable for cleaning. Use mild soap and water. For grease-stained foam, we offer replacement top layers at 30% cost. Anti-static coating can be refreshed with anti-static spray every 12-18 months.
What is the warranty?
5 years on case shell, 2 years on hardware, 1 year on foam. Lifetime technical support. We replace any case damaged in normal tool use within 30 days. For OEM/ODM tool kit clients, we offer extended warranty (7 years) and replacement parts inventory.
