内部容积是多少？

内腔尺寸 355 × 280 × 70 mm，即 6.958 升。泡棉厚度需额外占用，因此装入定制内衬后的实际可用空间小于上述毛容积。

可以改颜色吗？

可以。颜色采用 PP/ABS 母粒而非喷漆，因此会随箱体磨损而磨损，不会在受力棱角处崩漆。定制颜色 300 个起（母粒批次量）。

起订量是多少？

每个型号 100 个。标准内衬方案 50 个起。

生产周期多久？

100 个以上 30-45 天：箱体成型 15-20 天，泡棉 CNC 7-10 天，装配与 QC 5-8 天。定制泡棉样品 7-15 天。

能否提供检测报告？

可提供项目专属测试文件，含 IP 防护等级验证、约定高度跌落测试，以及按需委托第三方检测（SGS、TÜV、DEKRA）。ATA 300 Cat I 可作为项目交付物提供。
