红十字会灾害救援:野战医院移动医疗包
挑战
IFRC needed rugged, stackable, lightweight cases for mobile medical kits deployed to disaster zones worldwide. Kits must: (1) survive air transport + truck + helicopter + boat, (2) function in 0-50 C temperature range, (3) allow rapid identification of contents in chaotic field conditions, (4) stack safely up to 5 high in warehouse storage, (5) be cleaned and decontaminated between deployments.
解决方案
KeXinMaterials provided custom cases with: (1) PP copolymer shell rated -40 to +80 C, (2) auto pressure valve for air transport, (3) high-visibility red color with white cross marking, (4) interlocking stack system rated 5-high, (5) antimicrobial surface coating. Custom foam for IFRC's specific medical kit (bandages, IV supplies, surgical tools, antibiotics).
结果
1,200 cases deployed to 47 countries. Used in 23 active disaster responses (earthquakes, floods, conflicts). Zero case failure. IFRC has standardized on KeXinMaterials for all field hospital kits. Repeat orders of 200+ cases quarterly. MOQ 200, 30-day delivery.
