ISO 9001:2015 is the international standard for quality management systems (QMS), published by the International Organization for Standardization. It specifies requirements for a QMS that organizations can use to demonstrate their ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Scope of Certification

The ISO 9001:2015 certification covers the design, manufacture, and supply of plastic protective cases for industrial, military, medical, and consumer applications. It applies to all processes at our 13,000㎡ Zhongshan facility, including:

• Design and engineering (R&D team of 8 engineers)
• Injection molding and rotational molding production
• Foam cutting and assembly
• Quality control and testing
• Sales, customer service, and after-sales support

Audit Process

The certification audit was conducted by TÜV Rheinland, a German-accredited certification body. The audit process included:

1. Stage 1 audit (Document review): QMS documentation, procedures, work instructions, records. 2 days, on-site.
2. Stage 2 audit (On-site verification): Implementation verification, process audit, competency assessment, KPI review. 4 days, on-site by 2 lead auditors.
3. Surveillance audits (Annual): 1-day surveillance audit each year to verify continued compliance. Next: 2027-03.
