Challenges

Outdoor solar/wind farms have high humidity, dust, and temperature variation. Battery storage systems need extra ESD protection. Equipment must survive daily truck transport across 1,000+ miles.

Solution

We supplied 150 IP67 trolley cases with custom foam for inverter diagnostic kits (Keysight oscilloscopes, Fluke insulation testers). Anti-static foam + moisture barrier bags protect sensitive PCBs from humidity. Black color for solar heat absorption minimization.

Results
